Privacy Policy

Your information is yours. We only ask for what we need, and we handle anything about your access needs with particular care.

1. Who we are

FUME Acting Lab, run by Lewis Ian Bray, 15 Hope St, Liverpool L1 9BQ, is responsible for your personal information. Contact: ellis@lewisianbray.co.uk.

2. What we collect

  • Booking details: your name, email address, billing details and what you have booked.
  • Access information: anything you choose to share about your access needs, for example by emailing Ellis.
  • Messages: emails you send us.
  • Footage: tapes and recordings made in our sessions, as set out in our Terms of Booking.
  • Website data: basic analytics about how the site is used.

3. How we use it

To take bookings and payments, send your confirmation and session details, adapt sessions to your access needs, and reply to your messages. We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Access information

Information about your access needs is personal, and we treat it with particular care. It is shared only with those who need it to support you, such as the access support worker, and it is never used for marketing.

5. Who we share it with

Our website and email provider (Squarespace) and our payment provider (Stripe) process your information on our behalf. We do not store your card details, and we do not sell your information.

6. The FUME WhatsApp group

Joining the group is optional. Other members may be able to see your name and phone number, depending on your WhatsApp settings. You can leave at any time.

7. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years for accounting purposes. Access information and messages are kept for 12 months after your last session, then deleted.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email ellis@lewisianbray.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
