Drop The Mask Workshop
Two full days for neurodivergent actors. Working with your brain, not against it.
You've spent your whole career masking. In this room, you won't have to.
Drop The Mask is a two-day intensive for professional ND actors to work on your craft in an environment built around how you actually function. No fluorescent-lit pretence. No neurotypical rulebook. Just you, a group of other ND actors, and two full days of space to try something completely different.
We've worked with over 120+ neurodivergent actors since we started. They came with one goal — to finally drop the mask in their work. To experiment without the usual pressure. To be around people who get it. And to remember what it feels like to show up fully as yourself.
This is the work no other acting school is doing.
What happens across the two days
We go back to basics and build from the ground up. Across 15 hours of work, we'll cover everything that the standard training system either skips or gets wrong for ND actors. By the end of the weekend you'll know how to emotionally regulate yourself in the room, set boundaries that protect your process, be fully present in a scene, advocate for yourself on set and in the rehearsal room, and cold read material to a professional level.
We don't just teach it and move on. We work with you specifically — to process each lesson at your pace, understand it properly, and apply it the same day.
You'll also leave with a full toolkit of exercises you can use immediately in your work.
Who's this for Professional actors who are autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodivergent. Anyone ready to stop performing neurotypicality and start creating from authenticity.
£185 per person. 6 spaces only.
Payment plans available.
