FUME | Complete
Foundation and a Two Scene Day, booked together.
You work with me, Lewis Ian Bray, a working professional actor who specialises in coaching neurodivergent actors. A reader and an access worker are with you on your tape day.
You start with two one-to-one Foundation sessions, so you arrive at your tape day already knowing how you work best. Then you come to my Liverpool studio and tape two scenes, with a lunch break and a second round of regulation in between. There's no time limit on either scene. The training behind it is FUME's, developed with Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language professionals.
Booked separately, Foundation and a Two Scene Day cost £530. Complete is £499.
What's included
Foundation: two one-to-one sessions with me. Regulation tools, working in the moment, and getting comfortable being seen while you work.
A Two Scene Day: two scenes I choose for you, taped with a lunch break and a second round of regulation between them.
A reader, who works opposite you so you're never acting to an empty chair.
An access worker, with you throughout your tape day so your needs are looked after without you having to ask.
A regulation meditation made for you, and games, before we tape.
Coaching in the room: warm-ups, exercises and help working through what you're thinking and feeling, the way a personal trainer would.
A full cinema rig with lights and sound.
My edit and grade in DaVinci Resolve, and copies of both finished tapes.
Booking and payment
You pay a 50% deposit (£249.50) at checkout to secure your place. The remaining £249.50 is charged automatically one week after you book. This is for actors aged 18 and over.
Cancellation
Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel with more than 7 days' notice, we'll move your sessions to new dates at no charge. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, I keep the deposit. If you don't turn up, the full fee is payable.
Dates and rescheduling
I'm a working professional actor and I'll do everything I can to give you your preferred dates. If acting work comes up before any of your sessions, I'll contact you to rearrange them.
Your tapes and footage
FUME shoots your tapes and owns the footage. You'll be sent a copy of each. I may make an edited version for social media, and if I do, I'll invite you as a collaborator on the post. If you share your tapes, please credit @fumeactinglab. If a tape is for a specific casting audition, I'll delete the footage once the project has been delivered.
Please note
FUME training isn't medical, psychological or therapeutic advice and doesn't replace professional care. I can't guarantee castings or bookings.
